About your Job:

As the Finance Assistant,σ‍ you will be responsible'✘ for ensuring the co∑←♠<rrect and timely proce<₩★ssing of sales reports, collectio<↑₩≥ns, and BSP/CASS reports in line∏" with QR policies and Internal Accounting ↑↕Procedures.

Specific accountabiliti₹$es include:

Correct monthly closing as per←$♠& Head quarter’s target datesEnsure routine actδππ¶ivities are processed in line wi≥ ¶th QR finance policies and IAPEnsuring Pγβ☆roper ADM/ACM and refund handlingE ∑♠☆nsuring receivables are collected ★®α♥in a timely mannerPreparing monthly •ααschedules and reconciliations f↑≠εor balance sheet ledgersTim✔"¶ely checking and posting ≈♣∏αof sales reports

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will nee£"d a relevant Bachelor’s degree combined with a mσ★inimum of 2 years of job related accounti±<♣ng experience .  ♣>'1 year of your experieβ∑↓nce should have been gained in a similarε$♣₽ finance role with expos‍®ure to aviation expendit↑¥€ure and revenue accounting.  You wil↔✔∞l need user level experi> ®ence of an ERP system and a good wo☆≤←rking knowledge of M ₽↔ icrosoft Excel.  Kno✔≈∞¥wledge of financial accoπ↕σ→unting, contracts and local laws and reguδεΩlations (such as VAT σ∑, Tax and Payroll) are req✔ ←uired.

Fluency in English and • ↔Mandarin  (oral an¥λ£d written) is essent‌§₩±ial for this role.
