Job Title: Customer Sales &π≠λ♦amp; Service Agent (Japanese spe‍ aker preferable)

1. JOB PURPOSE

To provide the highest level of÷↑≤ service in order to sell Emirates airline™ ↑ tickets and services and to assist cust•δomers with managing their travel pl♥←§ans. Work as part of a team to achieve indivi↑>☆dual, station and network Co♣₩mmercial objectives.

2. JOB OUTLINES

• Ensure the highe∞""←st standard of customer service is provided‌γ to Emirates customers, p ±←♥rovide them with details on Emirates fares ‍>€$and actively issue online ticke£δ¥ts and sell related products by iden≤π tifying customer needs thro≠ε↔ugh rapport building, a★↑ε$ctively seeking out sales opportβ₹→unities and promoting all Emir &ates related products. $φ≥✘Ensure set service quality levels are ach​ ieved for all customer interactions

• Issue Emirates tickets to customers♦→α♠ ensuring that all necessary airline rules a↓ nd regulations are incorporated∑♦♣ and that the custom£β er request is met in λ'order to provide them with excel↓ lent service. Highlight to customers the re₹↓₹levant requirements covering their journey such÷↓© as passport, visa & health requirem≤♦∏δents and other details such as check-in plγφ∑ace and time.

• Actively enha≥>λ≈nce Emirates revenue ear ÷‌∏nings by providing options to customΩγer on all products a÷≈£nd services such as Skywards members"↕'αhip, DBB, Dubai stop♥≠πovers, hotel bookings and upgraded fare¥×®€s.

• Keep abreastγ✔ of Emirates Group news an☆×€d updates to ensure relevant professional and ₩©company standards are maintaine≥≈d.

3 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCβλ®E/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

Qualifications:

Educated to at least GCSE or O Level standard or ☆↓★equivalent.

Experience:

2+ years in a contact centre or reservat±•→ions office environment within the airli↕δ↑ne or travel industry or comple¥∑tion of a Diploma/Degree in Tra∏£φvel and Tourism.

Knowledge/skills:

PC based skills to operate Windows package includ  •ing Microsoft Word/ Excel/ E-mail.

Other languages besides En&λ₽≠glish:

As some Contact Centres deal with multi -♠✘★ lingual calls, fluency in Japanese languageλ←©₽ will be advantageous.
